We will also teach them how to utilize the tools and connections so finding their wellness balance will be sustainable throughout their life.
PROGRAMS & SERVICES
In professional settings massage clients are treated while lying on a massage table, sitting in a massage chair, or lying on a mat on the floor, while in amateur settings a general purpose surface like a bed or floor is more common.
It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As a Health Coach, we create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, we have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.
Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, we coach our clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, our clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.

Mindset Accountability Grop
Each course will consist of 14 lessons that will be posted from the 1st-15th of each month. Each course will have a daily habit that will need to be done for the 14 days (ex. Did you get 7-8 hours of sleep last night?).
From the 16th through the end of the month you will continue to practice that habit and become more mindful of how it is affecting your health and quality of life.
