Is a Support Group led by Health & Fitness professional Derek “Mindset” Becton via Facebook that will assist with helping and educating individuals with ways to improve and figure out their health & fitness balance as a group. You will be provided remote tools to assist with educating on health & fitness. You will be asked to engage in challenges to make you better and to push you to your limits. Also you will receive daily motivation.

Each course will consist of 14 lessons that will be posted from the 1st-15th of each month. Each course will have a daily habit that will need to be done for the 14 days (ex. Did you get 7-8 hours of sleep last night?).

From the 16th through the end of the month you will continue to practice that habit and become more mindful of how it is affecting your health and quality of life.
