I have been a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist since 2013. Also I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Certified Tabata Bootcamp Trainer with 8+ years of Mental Health experience. I have worked with a Forbes rated hotel & spa, a few massage franchises, and a chiropractor office.
